These terms govern your use of the Lumeia website (itslumeia.com) and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Lumeia is a brand of Siyada Ventures Company for Wholesale and Retail Trade ("Siyada Ventures," "we," "us"), registered in the State of Kuwait, with its registered address at Block 8, Tarfa Bin Al-Abd Street, Al-Sidra Complex, Floor 4, Office No. 2, 63000 Fahaheel, Al-Ahmadi, Kuwait.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this website or purchase our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Products and Health Disclaimer

Lumeia products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The information on our website, including product descriptions, ingredient information, and referenced studies, is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional health advice.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication, consult your doctor before using any dietary supplement. Do not use our products as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Our products are manufactured in the European Union to EU food safety standards and are Halal certified. They are independently tested by Eurofins for heavy metals and contaminants.

Allergens, Warnings, and Ingredient Responsibility

Full ingredient lists, allergen information, and product warnings are displayed on each product page and printed on the product packaging. It is your responsibility to review this information before purchase to ensure the product is suitable for you. Lumeia is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects where the relevant ingredients and allergens are clearly listed on the product page and packaging. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, consult your doctor before use.

The following warnings apply to our products as stated on their packaging:

Allergen Information: May contain milk, soy, gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, nuts, celery, sulphite and molluscs.

Thrive Protein: Food Supplement (Contains Sweetener). Not a medicine. This product should not replace a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Allergen Information: May contain soy, gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, nuts, celery, sulphite and molluscs.

These warnings may be updated as our product range expands. Always refer to the physical packaging for the most current allergen and ingredient information for the specific product and batch you have purchased.

Pricing and Currency

All prices on our website are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Kuwait does not currently impose VAT on consumer goods. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes at the time of purchase.

For orders shipped to GCC countries outside Kuwait, the displayed price is the product price only. Your order may be subject to VAT, import duty, handling fees, or customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country's authorities. These charges are not collected by Lumeia and are your responsibility. We recommend reviewing your country's import regulations before ordering.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: stock availability, payment failure, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or a history of order abuse (repeated COD refusals, chargebacks, or returns inconsistent with normal use).

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Payment is processed through MyFatoorah. We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, and cash on delivery (COD) for Kuwait orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for orders shipped within Kuwait. A COD handling fee is added at checkout when COD is selected.

By selecting COD, you agree to pay the full order amount (including shipping and COD fee) to the delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you refuse to accept or pay for a COD delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You may be charged a return handling fee, and we reserve the right to suspend your account or restrict future COD orders.

Repeated COD refusals may result in permanent removal of the COD payment option for your account.

Automatic Discounts

We may offer automatic discounts based on order quantity. These discounts are applied automatically at checkout and the applicable terms (percentage, minimum quantity, eligible products) are displayed on the product page and in the cart. Automatic discounts cannot be combined with promotional codes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders within Kuwait are fulfilled from our warehouse by Smooth Logistics. International orders to GCC countries are shipped via third-party courier services. Delivery timeframes and rates are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, adverse weather, public holidays, or force majeure events.

GCC and International Orders

We ship to Kuwait, and may ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. Orders shipped outside Kuwait are treated as export supplies from the State of Kuwait. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept that:

Your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These are not collected or controlled by Lumeia.
If you refuse to pay customs charges and the order is returned to us, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and a return handling fee will apply
Delivery times for international orders are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance.

Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Lumeia website, including text, images, logos, product names, packaging designs, icons, and brand elements, is the property of Siyada Ventures Company for Wholesale and Retail Trade or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without our prior written consent.

"Lumeia" and the Lumeia logo are trademarks of Siyada Ventures Company for Wholesale and Retail Trade.

User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, comments, testimonials, or any other content to Lumeia (via our website, email, WhatsApp, social media, or any other channel), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and display that content in any medium for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes. You confirm that any content you submit is your own, does not infringe any third party's rights, and does not contain false or misleading information.

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at our discretion without notice.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@itslumeia.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Misuse, Fraud, and Account Suspension

We monitor orders, returns, and customer accounts to identify potential misuse or abuse of our services. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or restrict payment methods (including removal of COD) for any customer who:

Initiates chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
Repeatedly refuses COD deliveries.
Submits fraudulent damage or defect claims.
Engages in a pattern of returns inconsistent with normal product use.
Violates any provision of these terms.

These actions may be taken without prior notice where we reasonably believe abuse has occurred.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Kuwait, Siyada Ventures Company for Wholesale and Retail Trade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Kuwait law, including mandatory consumer rights under Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014.

Consumer Rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014. In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the product description, your rights under this law are fully preserved regardless of any other provision in these terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on our website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these terms, your use of our website, or your purchase of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Kuwait.
