All Lumeia orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Kuwait.

Orders placed within Kuwait are delivered by our logistics partners.

Delivery rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected service and delivery address.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD may be available for all Kuwait orders. A COD handling fee may be added at checkout when you select COD as your payment method. The COD fee covers the cost of cash collection by our delivery partner.
By selecting COD, you agree to pay the full order amount (including shipping and COD fee) to the delivery driver upon delivery. For details on COD refusal consequences, see our Terms of Service.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our logistics partners during business days (Sunday to Thursday).

Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for your tracking number to activate, as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier.
You can track your delivery status through the link provided in the notification.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner may make up to 3 delivery attempts over 3 consecutive days. If all attempts are unsuccessful (no one available to receive the package), the order is returned to our warehouse at a return handling fee of 1.850 KWD.
If this happens, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund. For redelivery, standard shipping fees apply again.
Inspecting Your Order
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents and confirm that everything is correct and undamaged. If there are any issues (damaged packaging, missing items, incorrect products), contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [INSERT EMAIL] or via WhatsApp at [INSERT NUMBER]. Include a clear photo of the issue. See our Refund Policy for full details on damaged or incorrect orders.
GCC Shipping
We ship to Kuwait, and may ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on your location.
All packages shipped outside Kuwait may be subject to VAT, import duty, handling fees, and customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not collected by Lumeia and are paid directly to the destination country's customs authority upon delivery or collection.
If you refuse to pay customs charges and the package is returned to us, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and a return handling fee will apply. We recommend reviewing your country's import regulations before ordering.
Certain products may be subject to import restrictions in specific GCC countries. If a product cannot be shipped to your location due to regulatory restrictions, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
Available GCC destinations, delivery partners, rates, and estimated delivery times are subject to change at any time as we refine our operations. The shipping options and rates shown at checkout reflect the most current information at the time of your order.
International Shipping (Beyond GCC)
Shipping to countries outside the GCC is not currently available. International availability, supported destinations, delivery partners, and shipping rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice as we expand our operations.
