All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Kuwait. We currently deliver within Kuwait only.
- Same-day delivery: available for orders placed before 7:00 PM. Rate shown at checkout.
- Next-day delivery: for orders placed before 11:59 PM, arriving in 1 to 2 days. Rate shown at checkout.
- We process and dispatch orders every day.
Local deliveries are quick, and for in-Kuwait orders our courier does not always provide a live tracking number, so you may not see a tracking link. You can always see your order in your account at account.itslumeia.com/orders, and you can message us with your order number and we will check where it is. If a tracking number is important to you, tell us and we will do our best to get an update from our delivery partner, though it may take a little time.
Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we will put it right.
We are not shipping across the wider GCC yet. If you are outside Kuwait and would like Lumeia, please tell us you would like it and which country you are in, and we will try to arrange something and follow up if there is a way. If friends or family in your country would like it too, letting us know really helps us bring Lumeia there sooner.
