Caffeine: only the Thrive Cappuccino flavour contains caffeine, 58.5mg per 30g sachet. All Complete Collagen flavours and the other two Thrive flavours are caffeine-free.
Allergens: Complete Collagen may contain milk, soy, gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, nuts, celery, sulphite and molluscs. Thrive Protein may contain soy, gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, nuts, celery, sulphite and molluscs, and contains milk-derived whey. These "may contain" lines are because the products are made in a facility that also handles those allergens, not because they are ingredients in the formula. "Free from" questions (e.g. gluten-free): the listed allergens are not ingredients in the formula, but because production shares a facility that handles them, we cannot promise the product is free from all traces. If you have coeliac disease or a serious allergy, please check with your doctor first, and we are happy to send the exact ingredient list for any flavour.
